Join Oceana Gold's leadership team as a Processing Manager and drive operational excellence at our Didipio Operations. This critical role oversees the entire extraction and refining lifecycle, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety compliance, and production targets are met. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team through complex mineral processing workflows while optimizing resource allocation and maintaining rigorous environmental standards. As a key strategic partner to the Asset President, you'll implement process improvements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive continuous innovation in our mining operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end processing operations including extraction, crushing, grinding, and refining activities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of processing technicians and operators
- Implement and maintain HSE protocols exceeding industry standards
- Optimize production processes to enhance throughput, reduce costs, and maximize ore recovery
- Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven operational improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and capital project execution
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality control teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years experience in mineral processing operations, including 3+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of gold/copper extraction and refining methodologies
- Proven track record in optimizing processing plant performance and throughput
- Advanced problem-solving skills with experience in process troubleshooting
- Expertise in HSE compliance and environmental management systems
- Proficiency in operational management software and data analytics tools
