Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procure-to-pay lifecycle including purchase order processing, invoice verification, and payment execution
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and service quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve SLAs and KPIs for payment processing accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing automation tools and procurement technologies
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making
- Train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and system utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procure-to-pay operations with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Certification in procurement management or supply chain operations (CIPS, CPSM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and process metrics
- Excellent leadership capabilities with proven team management experience
- Deep understanding of APAC procurement regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with track record of implementing process improvements
