Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring timely issuance and accurate record-keeping.
- Drive process accuracy and efficiency within the P2P team, specifically focusing on the pooling strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including EMEA stakeholders, to resolve procurement issues.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor invoices and transaction data to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize supply chain workflows.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely processing of payments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Procure‑to‑Pay, Finance, or Supply Chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with EMEA business processes or international procurement is a strong advantage.
