Join MR.DIY's dynamic procurement team as an Accessories Executive and drive strategic sourcing initiatives for our retail operations. In this pivotal role, you'll optimize the end-to-end procurement cycle for accessory products, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives while maintaining strong supplier relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for accessory products including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform procurement decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover for accessories category
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years procurement experience with retail/accessories focus
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
