Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders (POs) and invoices accurately, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies.
- Liaise with suppliers to monitor stock levels, negotiate terms, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update the procurement database and inventory records to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors and compare pricing to secure the best value for the company.
- Assist in preparing monthly procurement reports and budget tracking to support financial planning.
- Coordinate closely with various internal departments to understand their specific procurement needs and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and payment statuses professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is highly desirable.
