As a Procurement Admin & Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our procurement team, assisting with vendor management, order processing, and maintaining crucial procurement records. Your contribution will be vital in optimizing our supply chain efficiency and supporting our mission to offer a wide range of quality products at affordable prices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process purchase requisitions and orders with precision, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and meticulously update vendor information, contracts, and critical procurement records.
- Coordinate proactively with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and resolution of invoicing queries.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive procurement reports, data analyses, and presentations as required by management.
- Support the team in vendor selection and negotiation processes, aiming for competitive pricing and optimal quality.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Finance and Warehouse, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning optimal stock replenishment strategies to prevent shortages.
- Perform various general administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the procurement department.
Kualifikasi
- A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative, procurement, or supply chain support role, preferably within a retail or large-scale distribution environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential; practical experience with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and basic negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong commitment to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Legally eligible to work in Malaysia and based in or willing to commute to the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area.
