Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement management including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract administration
- Inventory control and supply chain optimization for manufacturing operations
- Office administration duties including documentation, record-keeping, and budget tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material and service requirements
- Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Manage administrative processes for logistics and transportation coordination
- Prepare procurement reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement and administration
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
