Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast and fulfill material requirements
- Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to optimize sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
- Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Support inventory management through demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Implement and monitor procurement KPIs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement or logistics administration experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations and trade compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
