Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition verification, purchase order creation, and tracking of goods and services.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing vendors while actively seeking out new high-quality supply sources.
- Ensure all procurement documentation complies with internal corporate policies and international shipping/logistics standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to anticipate procurement needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Negotiate terms and contract conditions to optimize costs without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve discrepancies related to billing, invoicing, or product quality.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and market trends to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Administrator, Purchasing Assistant, or in a similar administrative supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software (ERP systems) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially regarding contract administration.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
