Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories, including IT, HR, Marketing, and Facilities Management.
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations, from purchase requisition and order management to contract lifecycle administration and invoice resolution.
- Provide high-quality procurement advisory and category insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships, negotiate contracts effectively, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Analyze spending patterns, perform market intelligence, and identify strategic cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
- Implement and track procurement KPIs and metrics (e.g., savings, supplier quality, delivery performance) to report on operational effectiveness.
- Champion sustainable procurement practices and support the integration of ESG criteria into sourcing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency with procurement technologies such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or equivalent ERP procurement modules.
- Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement regulations, compliance requirements, and contract law in Singapore.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CSCP) are highly regarded.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
