In this role, you will be the backbone of our purchasing operations, ensuring that our restaurant brands maintain high standards of quality while optimizing cost-effectiveness. You will dive deep into pricing analytics, cultivate strong relationships with our supplier network, and implement operational improvements that drive our business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze procurement spending patterns and market pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality raw materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking across restaurant outlets.
- Generate and present regular procurement performance reports to the management team.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and service level agreements with existing and new vendors.
- Collaborate with internal culinary and operations teams to streamline purchasing workflows.
- Maintain an accurate digital database of supplier documentation, pricing updates, and procurement logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis (F&B industry experience is a strong plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization tools).
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
