Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor databases and supply chain documentation.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor vendor performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
- Resolve purchasing discrepancies, billing issues, and shipment delays proactively.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, spending patterns, and inventory status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a Mid Shift schedule.
- Professional fluency in English.
