Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships while conducting regular performance evaluations
- Monitor procurement KPIs and implement cost optimization strategies
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and compliance records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and industry trends
- Support audit preparation and ensure all procurement activities meet regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in logistics or manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and contract management
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) or compliance is advantageous
- Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in procurement operations
