Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor qualification, and contract negotiation.
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets for both procurement and facilities departments.
- Analyze market trends to secure the best prices and terms for goods and services.
- Lead and mentor a team of support staff or coordinate with external contractors.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages or excess waste.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement and facilities management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region.
