Join Equicom Solutions Inc as a Procurement and Facilities Manager and drive operational excellence in our dynamic manufacturing and logistics environment. This pivotal role combines strategic sourcing expertise with comprehensive facilities oversight to optimize resources, ensure compliance, and enhance workplace productivity. You'll lead end-to-end procurement processes while managing facility operations across our Makati headquarters, creating a seamless synergy between supply chain efficiency and physical workspace management.
As a key member of our operations leadership team, you'll develop cost-saving initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and implement sustainable facilities practices. Your expertise will directly impact our bottom line while maintaining industry-leading standards for safety, security, and environmental compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance evaluation
- Manage all facilities operations including maintenance, security, space planning, and vendor coordination
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies across procurement and facilities departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability standards
- Coordinate cross-functional projects requiring procurement and facilities integration
- Manage departmental budgets including forecasting, expense tracking, and ROI analysis
- Conduct regular audits and prepare performance reports for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement and facilities management
- Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance protocols, and safety standards
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and facilities management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or facilities management (CFM) preferred
