Our company is seeking a dedicated Procurement and Logistics Executive to join our growing team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our procurement processes are seamless and our logistics networks are optimized for cost and speed.
You will play a pivotal role in managing vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and overseeing the end-to-end shipment lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to final order placement.
- Coordinate with local and international freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Maintain and update inventory records and procurement databases with high accuracy.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable payment terms with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Resolve discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, or supplier documentation promptly.
- Support the team in project-based logistics planning to meet tight delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build effective supplier relationships.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang area.
