Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor sourcing and purchase order management to delivery verification.
- Coordinate with local and international logistics partners to ensure timely transport and movement of materials.
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking systems to prevent shortages and optimize stock levels.
- Manage fleet scheduling and operational maintenance to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable delivery terms.
- Prepare regular procurement and logistics reports to track KPIs and identify opportunities for cost-saving.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
- Proven ability to manage remote workflows and use cloud-based inventory/procurement software effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost-reduction in supplier management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- High level of analytical capability to handle logistics data and forecasting.
