Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from sourcing and vendor selection to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate international and local logistics to ensure timely arrival of technical equipment and project materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment strategies to prevent project delays.
- Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for operational cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and logistical bottlenecks for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and documentation requirements for all shipping and receiving activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics coordination, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software suites.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially regarding inventory data and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
