- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.
- Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to minimize costs and optimize value.
- Design and implement pricing strategies that balance competitive positioning with profit margin targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research and cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on pricing and sourcing.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement cycles to prevent stockouts and reduce excess holding costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, pricing management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or transport and logistics industry standards is highly preferred.
