We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join the Bali Management Villas team. In this vital role, you will support the seamless operations of our premium properties by ensuring that all new villa setups and daily operational requirements are met with high-quality supplies. You will play a key part in streamlining our supply chain processes, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining the high standards of hospitality our guests expect. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within a prestigious management company in the heart of Bali.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle for new villa projects and routine operational supplies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
  • Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
  • Maintain a robust inventory system to accurately track stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate closely with villa managers and logistics teams to ensure goods are delivered according to schedule.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on spending, vendor performance, and inventory metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar operational support role.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry or property management operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP or inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
