Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for raw materials and packaging
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of procurement or inventory experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software
