In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth by ensuring that our retail and e-commerce supply lines remain efficient, cost-effective, and well-stocked.
As our Procurement Assistant, you will act as the heartbeat of our inventory operations, bridging the gap between our suppliers and our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the day-to-day procurement activities, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Maintain healthy stock levels by monitoring inventory turnover and anticipating supply needs for e-commerce and retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
- Track and expedite shipments, proactively resolving any supply chain bottlenecks or delivery delays.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to ensure high data accuracy in our management systems.
- Compare supplier quotes and proposals to ensure the company achieves the best value for every purchase.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including cost analysis, supplier performance reviews, and stock movement summaries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective supplier negotiations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, retail-oriented environment.
- Experience with e-commerce inventory platforms or ERP systems is highly desirable.
