Omnifica Construction and Development Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our construction projects are supported by the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and services.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, request for quotations (RFQs), and other procurement-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Conduct cost analysis and price comparison studies to optimize project budget spending.
- Maintain a organized digital and physical filing system for contracts, invoices, and vendor records.
- Facilitate communication between project managers and suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.
- Assist the procurement team in conducting site visits and supplier assessments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain, specifically within the construction or development industry.
- Proficiency in Cost Management, Project Management, and Records Management.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic procurement software.
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail regarding pricing and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet tight project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
