Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the procurement of raw materials and supplies required for daily operations.
- Research and identify potential suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing where possible.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand material requirements and prepare purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages.
- Prepare and review procurement reports to track spending and efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
