Hrlinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Assistant for a 4‑month contract based in Tai Seg, Singapore. As a Procurement Assistant, you will support the procurement team in processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records of vendor interactions, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate schedules, track inventory levels, and assist in negotiating favourable terms with suppliers. This position offers exposure to end‑to‑end procurement activities and the chance to contribute to operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date procurement records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any escalations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or overstock situations to the procurement manager.
  • Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and lead times with vendors to achieve cost‑effective procurement.
  • Provide ad‑hoc administrative support, including data entry, filing, and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent (a tertiary qualification is a plus).
  • Prior experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data handling and communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with a proactive attitude.
