Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain and the automotive industry? HR Network is seeking a dedicated Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team in Pasay City. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our production standards by ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality automotive components and raw materials.

As a Procurement Assistant, you will act as a bridge between our production requirements and our supplier network. You will be responsible for streamlining the purchasing process, tracking inventory levels, and fostering strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process for automotive parts and materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in identifying potential new suppliers to diversify the supply chain and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Perform regular market research to stay updated on industry price trends and component availability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/Inventory software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement.
