Tanggung Jawab
- Support sourcing and procurement activities for indirect materials and services
- Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure timely delivery of services
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Liaise with internal departments to understand procurement requirements
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
- Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing role
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry preferred
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
