Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for construction materials, heavy equipment, and specialized services.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and RFQ preparation to vendor selection and contract awarding.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable suppliers and maintain a competitive vendor database.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize cost-efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to forecast material requirements and ensure seamless on-site availability.
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement plans to resolve issues regarding quality, lead times, or compliance.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, budget analysis, and spend forecasts for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement software (ERP/SAP) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to build long-term vendor partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet strict project deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of local and international market trends regarding construction logistics and supply.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a distinct advantage.
