Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee procurement processes for construction materials and equipment
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management for cost efficiency
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability criteria
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports and budgets for management review
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven track record
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex procurement challenges
- Knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and market trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus
