Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies for data center infrastructure, hardware, and maintenance services.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes, including vendor pre-qualification, RFP/RFQ issuance, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure strict adherence to SLA, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams, engineering departments, and finance to ensure procurement activities align with project roadmaps.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and compliance records in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by diversifying vendor sources and implementing proactive contingency planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within the data center, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of contract management, procurement law, and international sourcing practices.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and build long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders and suppliers.
- High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
