Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract management and order fulfillment.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable payment terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts and optimize stock turnover.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to provide recommendations for strategic sourcing.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and performance reports.
- Resolve supplier issues and manage vendor relationships to ensure continuous business operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPS certification or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
