Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition to final delivery.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Lead the vendor sourcing and bidding process to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements.
- Maintain and update a database of qualified suppliers and track their performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
