Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze procurement spending patterns to identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Manage and maintain accurate procurement databases, ensuring data integrity across all reporting systems.
- Develop and present weekly/monthly analytical reports regarding supplier performance and lead-time metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct thorough market research and price benchmarking to ensure competitive procurement costs.
- Monitor contract compliance and assist in auditing procurement workflows for potential operational risks.
- Support the procurement management team in strategic sourcing projects and vendor management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or data analysis roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is mandatory.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
