Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of procurement-related contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive contract database, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and renewal schedules, initiating timely actions to ensure business continuity.
- Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation, analyzing terms and conditions, and coordinating with legal and other departments.
- Ensure all contractual activities comply with company policies, procurement guidelines, and relevant legal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) and external vendors to resolve contractual issues and ensure seamless contract performance.
- Assist in vendor performance evaluation relating to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, particularly those related to contracts management and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, contracts administration, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of contract principles and basic legal terminology.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to process improvement.
