Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute purchasing strategies to align with business goals and optimize material costs.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable business conditions.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or delivery issues promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate purchase orders and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within the manufacturing sector.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain principles and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
