As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll collaborate with various departments to understand their material requirements, source appropriate suppliers, and manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process for manufacturing materials and logistics supplies
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing
- Prepare purchase orders and track their progress through to delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and inventory levels
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to align procurement schedules with operational needs
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles
