Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate procurement activities for construction materials and equipment
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for projects
- Track and analyze procurement costs, identifying opportunities for savings
- Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and timelines
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
