Our client, a prominent organization in Singapore, is looking for a proactive Procurement Coordinator / Executive to support their supply chain operations. In this role, you will manage the full procurement lifecycle— from identifying requirements and sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand demand forecasts, maintain optimal inventory levels, and drive cost-saving initiatives while upholding quality standards and compliance with company policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement activities, including request for quotations, purchase order creation, and order tracking.
- Supplier identification, evaluation, and relationship management to ensure reliability and competitiveness.
- Negotiation of terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve the best value for the organization.
- Monitoring of inventory and coordinating with logistics to meet production schedules.
- Analysis of spend data and preparation of reports to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintenance of accurate procurement records and compliance with internal controls.
- Support continuous improvement projects to streamline procurement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of local and international supply chain trends and regulations.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore.
