PT. Indoprima Gemilang Engineering is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Cost Estimator Staff to join our dynamic construction team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our project success by managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maintaining high standards in vendor relations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate material cost estimations and project budgets based on technical blueprints and scope.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and requisition to final delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct strategic negotiations with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and optimal payment terms.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on technical capability, pricing, and historical performance.
- Coordinate with internal project management and site teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to forecast cost fluctuations and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, purchase orders, and cost tracking documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or cost estimation, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding material specifications.
- Advanced numerical skills with expertise in Excel and construction management software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
