In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our vehicle lifecycle management, ensuring seamless procurement processes, strategic vendor partnerships, and precise cost analysis.

You will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of new vehicles, managing high-value vendor relationships, and ensuring that every unit is optimized for value through precise accessories installation and documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for new vehicle acquisitions, ensuring timely availability and cost-efficiency.
- Execute strategic vendor sourcing and conduct rigorous price negotiations to secure the best market rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external workshops for accessories installation, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process, including loan applications and vehicle registration requirements.
- Perform detailed costing analysis to ensure profitability margins are maintained on every procurement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vendor performance, market price trends, and inventory status.
- Liaise with financial institutions and stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and approval workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, costing, or automotive operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and financial data accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for cost analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks under strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
