Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop import and procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation to build strong supply partnerships.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement plans with operational goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or operations management.
- Proven track record in negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
