Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time to ensure business continuity.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and specifications.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative materials.
- Review and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations (at least 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
