Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with local and international suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turns while preventing stockouts or overstocking.
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and dispatching.
- Implementing and maintaining warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Coordinating with logistics providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitoring supplier performance and conducting regular evaluations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Preparing procurement reports, forecasts, and cost analysis for management review.
- Leading and supervising warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a procurement or warehouse management role, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and GST procedures for import and export is a strong advantage.
- Possess a proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.
