SPD Jobs is seeking a dedicated Procurement Delivery Specialist to join our high-performing team in the heart of Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between engineering requirements and supply chain execution, ensuring that our telecom and infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As our Procurement Delivery Specialist, you will leverage your analytical mindset and advanced Excel proficiency to manage vendor relationships, track project deliverables, and facilitate seamless cross-border communication. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical aptitude to understand complex project scopes while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal engineering stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking vendors/suppliers.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of procurement logs, delivery schedules, and project documentation using advanced Microsoft Excel tools.
- Conduct thorough vendor evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.
- Prepare detailed procurement status reports and present findings to project management teams.
- Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to mitigate project delays.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, budgetary constraints, and local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or project coordination, preferably within the telecom or engineering sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to handle complex vendor interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to shifting project priorities.
