Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and release monthly work reports based on the current fulfillment status and delivery metrics.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential bottlenecks in the procurement and delivery process.
- Perform compliance testing to ensure all operational procedures adhere to company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement effective improvement plans to enhance delivery performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and optimize supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and communicate regularly regarding delivery timelines and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, delivery coordination, or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare detailed reports.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for communicating with international partners.
- Knowledge of compliance testing protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
