Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFQs, and supplier evaluation
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Coordinate purchase order execution and delivery tracking
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align procurement with technical requirements
- Implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor supplier performance and develop continuous improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial sector
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with commercial acumen
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- CIPS certification or equivalent supply chain qualification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
