Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for engineering materials and equipment
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to optimize cost and risk
- Manage procurement lifecycle from RFQ to payment processing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align procurement with project specifications
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement for engineering projects
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with commercial acumen
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- CIPS certification or equivalent supply chain qualifications
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
