Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Engineer/Executive to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing cutting-edge electronic components, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring our production lines operate with optimal efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for electronic components, raw materials, and factory supplies.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, reliability, and quality compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to drive continuous cost optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Analyze market trends and global supply chain shifts to mitigate procurement risks.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP system data for inventory auditing.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Engineering teams to source specialized parts for new product development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably within the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proactive problem-solver with a meticulous approach to data and documentation.
