We seek a detail-oriented Procurement Engineer/Executive to drive our technical sourcing strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll manage end-to-end procurement processes for critical components, ensuring optimal quality and cost-efficiency. Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to translate technical requirements into actionable procurement plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure technical components/materials for semiconductor manufacturing
- Evaluate supplier capabilities and technical specifications for compliance
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts/pricing
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with production schedules
- Monitor market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery and inventory management of critical items
- Prepare procurement documentation and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years technical procurement experience (semiconductor/electronics preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for technical specification evaluation
- Expertise in negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- CIPS certification or equivalent supply chain credentials
- Knowledge of ISO/TS quality standards
