Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure fabrication components, OEM parts, and hardware commodities while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements
- Manage supplier performance metrics including delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency
- Prepare and negotiate procurement contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements
- Implement procurement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries
- Proven expertise in OEM component sourcing and hardware commodity procurement
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable commercial terms
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
